Dr. Patel is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has extensive experience in infectious diseases and travel medicine.

Nilesh Patel, M.D. , an Infectious Disease specialist, graduated from the University of Calcutta. He  has a year of experience as DTMH fellow at School of Tropical Medicine, Calcutta. He successfully completed his internship at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center; residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center,  and  Infectious Diseases fellowship at  Catholic Medical Centers, New York. Dr Patel is affiliated with local  community hospitals . Dr Patel has been awarded first prize in fellowship research and  has a number of publications.
